What data may be submitted
Name or company, phone or email, location, project message, selected materials and files you choose to attach. The form also generates an internal reference for tracking the enquiry.

The website is designed to collect only the information required for commercial enquiries, assessments and quote requests.
How data is protected
Enquiries and attachments are stored in a server area blocked from direct web access. Forms use CSRF protection, anti-spam controls, rate limiting and file-type validation.
Technical data
For security, the server may temporarily retain technical identifiers derived from the IP address and user agent. In application logs, the IP address is pseudonymised using a hash.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to respond, prepare a quote, assess material, arrange delivery or continue a commercial relationship requested by you. Website enquiries are retained operationally for up to 90 days; documents required for a contractual relationship may be retained in line with applicable obligations.
Browser and external services
The “Quote request” list is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. The logo splash uses sessionStorage so it does not repeat on every page. The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. WhatsApp and your email application are opened only when you explicitly choose those options.
