Reclaimed timber is not a perfectly repeatable industrial product. The website therefore works as a selection shop and quote-request system, with final terms confirmed against the actual available material.

A request is not an order

Adding materials to a quote request and submitting the form does not automatically create an order. Kingswood confirms availability, quantity, dimensions, preparation level and price before an order is accepted.

Natural variation

Patina, grain, cracks, tool marks and tones vary between pieces. Photos show real material from lots and categories but do not guarantee perfect identity between all elements.

Transport and special projects

Delivery cost and conditions depend on volume, weight, distance and access. For cutting, special selections, relocation and bespoke work, the terms are detailed in the accepted quotation or contract.

Quote confirmation

A commercial quotation may include lot code and description, species, dimensions, quantity, preparation level, transport, timeframe and payment terms. Those details prevail for the relevant order.

Reclaimed material

Clients are encouraged to request additional photos and dimension confirmation for important lots. Where the visual appearance needs to be harmonised, selection is carried out before final preparation.
